HISTORY OF SAINT-LOUIS HOTELS

Founded in 1998, ‘Les Hôtels Saint-Louis’ began its adventure in the heart of Paris with the ambition of capturing the essence of traditional Parisian hospitality. Inspired by the timeless elegance and architectural heritage of the capital, the group has gradually restored and transformed historic buildings into unique boutique hotels, combining old-fashioned charm with modern comfort.

Acquisition of the Hôtel Saint-Louis Marais, in Paris's 4th arrondissement, marking the birth of the ‘Les Hôtels Saint-Louis’ hotel group. The hotel underwent a complete renovation in 2012. The latest renovations date from 2023 and concern the reception, breakfast room and façade.

Acquisition of the Hôtel Saint-Louis en l'Isle, located on the emblematic Île Saint-Louis. The hotel will be completely renovated in 2022.

Acquisition of the Hôtel Saint-Louis Pigalle, in the 9th arrondissement, which will undergo a complete renovation in 2016.

Acquisition of Hôtel le Presbytère, a unique establishment located in the presbytery of a church. Listed as a Monument Historique, the building required over two years of renovations, which will be completed in 2019.

The Group diversifies with the acquisition of Hôtel 31 - Paris Tour Eiffel, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

Acquisition of the Hôtel Perreyve in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. The hotel will be renovated in 2024 to become the Hôtel Saint-Louis Jardin du Luxembourg.

Acquisition of the Hôtel de Flore - Montmartre, in the 18th arrondissement. Renovation of the façade scheduled for 2024.

Acquisition of 2 hotels in the 6th arrondissement, the Villa d'Estrées and the Résidence des Arts, to become the Villa Saint-Louis Saint-Germain and the Résidence Saint-Louis Saint-Germain.
